Terms of Service
The product terms should feel as clear as the rest of the app: short, direct, and easy to scan before someone uploads a file or unlocks results.
1. The Service
Discloser is a web tool that analyzes package.json and requirements.txt files to detect third-party services and generate Privacy Policy clauses. Operated by Sergei Vologzhanin at discloser.dev.
2. Payment & Access
Discloser offers a $19 one-time scan. Payment is processed by Solar. After payment, you receive an access token valid for 7 days.
All payments are non-refundable once results have been delivered. If a technical issue prevented access to your results, contact us within 7 days at support@discloser.dev.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Discloser to upload malicious files, resell scan results commercially, automate or scrape the service, or share access tokens with third parties.
4. Data & Privacy
Uploaded files are processed solely to generate your results and are not shared with third parties. Scan results are retained for 30 days, then deleted.
5. Intellectual Property
The Discloser platform and branding are owned by Sergei Vologzhanin. Generated Privacy Policy clauses belong to you and can be used freely in your own products.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" with no warranties. We do not guarantee detection of all dependencies or legal sufficiency in every jurisdiction. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the scan in question.
